Best Summer Smoothies Ever
May 22, 2024I'm all about finding recipes that are super simple. So simple in fact that they only have 3-4 ingredients. Yuppers the more simple the better. This is pretty much how I run my life. With everything I do, I'm always asking myself, " How can I make this as fun + simple as possible?" If this is you too. We're already besties so we don't keep secrets from each other, hence today I'm sharing my 4 BEST Smoothies EVER, that are not only delish but easy peasy.
f you are a fresh berries girl at heart, this one is for you. It's pretty much making my taste buds water just looking at this photo. You? My favorite protein + collagen powders are by just ingredients. So delish!
Berries Smoothie:
Unsweetened Almond Milk 1 Cup
Frozen Blueberries 1/2 Cup
Frozen Blackberries 1/2 Cup
Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp.
Vanilla Protein Powder. 1 Scoop. ( my favorite is just ingredients plain vanilla)
Almond Butter 2 tsp.
Collagen 1 Scoop
Nutrition: 21 g. Carbs
10 g. Fat
8 g. Fiber
25 g. Protein
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Add a handful of ice if you desire a colder smoothie. Enjoy!

Banana One Frozen
Ice Cubes 5
Protein Powder 1 scoop ( my all time favorite is by just ingredients plain vanilla)
Unsweetened Cashew Milk 1 Cup
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp.
Sea Salt 1 pinch
Nutrition : 30 g. Carbs
4 g. Fiber
5 g. Fat
20 g. Protein
Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

MINT SMOOTHIE:
Water ( Cold) 1 Cup
Lemon Juice 2 Tbsps.
Baby Spinach 1 Cup
Avocado ( Frozen) 1/2
Mint Leaves ( chopped) 1/4 Cup
Ginger 1 tsp.
Protein Powder 1 scoop ( My all time favorite to add is just ingredients Mint Flavor, Yum!)
Nutrition : 13 g. Carbs
8 g. Fiber
15 g. Fat
28 g. Protein
Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
All girls need a little dab of chocolate almost daily ( say's every lady I know). This is my go to when I need that tiny piece of chocolate but not wanting the high calories. Yes Please!
